COLLABORATIVE COMMUNICATION
We communicate all the time. That is the way we exchange information and knowledge but also needs, emotions and ideals. It is the way we share our inner universe with others and learn about theirs. It is the way we build and nurture or damage and destroy our relationships with others, whether they are as close as a family member or as distant as a job interviewer. Communication takes place verbally and non-verbally, consciously and unconsciously, respectfully and not respectfully, effectively and not effectively. Being able to communicate well with others is possibly one of the most important competences we can seek to develop.
In this group coaching program, participants will
- gain awareness of the main ways we so often block our communication flow with others, at work, at home, with friends and strangers;
- learn the key elements and practice skills that make communication effective to meet our needs and goals while still nurturing positive relationships;
- learn about the different styles of communication and how they interact;
- learn about the role our emotions play in our communication and how to manage them in the highest interest of our relationships and long term goals;
- learn the dynamics of conflict and basics of conflict resolution;
- learn how to create a culture of collaborative communication at home and at work;
- practice tools you will be able to apply in real life right away;
- receive one-on-one coaching to identify how your personal communication style, beliefs and behavior patterns may be limiting their collaborative communication.
Groups are limited to 8 participants to allow more meaningful interaction and effetive collective learning. You may join a group or form your own.
